JDM Materials Co. is seeking an experienced Concrete Sales Representative to join our team in the Lehigh Valley/ Pocono Mountain / Scranton area.

Job Description

The Concrete Sales Representative is responsible for the generation of all aspects of sales and revenue within your geographical sales area. You will serve residential, commercial, and industrial markets. You will be responsible to collaborate with other members of the sales team, quality control, and dispatch.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain new and existing customer relationships
• Document and Update customer records based on interactions
• Work with contractors quoting, selling and servicing projects
• Work with dispatch to provide efficient and timely service
• Provide exceptional Customer Service
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Knowledge of concrete
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated, Self-starter
• Reliability, dependability, honesty, and integrity is a must
• Valid driver’s license
• ACI / Penn Dot accredited a plus

Job Experience

• Sales – 3 years’ experience preferred
• Outside Sales – 1 year
• Customer Service – 3 years
• Ready Mix Concrete – 1 year
