Essential Functions:
-Maintain Public Weigh master License (Company Provided)
-Manage Truck Ticketing System and Answer phone calls direct to appropriate Personnel
-Take delivery orders and forward to truck dispatcher
-Maintain a Clean, Functional, and Organized Office/ Scale House
-Perform Additional Assignments per Supervisors Directions

Requirements:
-Must have Basic Computer Skills
-MSHA Regulations (A plus but not required)
-Aggregate Products and Applications (A plus but not required)

-Valid Driver’s License (Some Travel maybe required)

Ability to:
-Demonstrate Strong Customer Service
-To work as a Team Member
-Listen to and communicate effectively with Customers, co-workers, Vendors, and Others.
-Work Flexible Schedule

Position is Part Time, Pay is based on experience.
